Planetary Society, India is organizing SATURN OBSERVATION CAMPAIGN INDIA from 28th January, 2006 to 30th July, 2006 as part
of NASA/JPL CASSINI- HUYGENS SOC 06. All over the World 44 Countries are participating in this Campaign.

SATURN OPPOSITON - SPOT SATURN WITH NAKED EYE:
On 28th January, 2006 at 4.30 am IST Saturn was at opposition.. At this point Sun-Earth- Saturn were in a straight line
and opposite to each other. Now for next few days Saturn is as close as it can to view from earth. It would be brighter and
biggest allowing the people to witness one of its moons and Rings.
General Public can spot the Planet with naked eye after sunset up to the month of July 2006. One has to look towards
area between East and North East direction above Horizon to find Planet Saturn in Cancer Constellation after Sunset.
